12.1 By me877. me877 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, me877 will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method.
